Through the use of Integrated Soil Fertility Management techniques and membership in a farmers’ organization, Rwandan subsistence farmer Epiphanie Marcelline was able to drastically improve her crop yield and income. Marcelline and fellow farmers were assisted by the CATALIST project in collaboration with CARITAS-Rwanda.
