Agroforestry:
Response of Maize to NPK Fertilization and Parkland
and Alley Cropping
The
agroforestry experimentation financed by the U.S.
Agency for International Development (USAID) is
reinforcing the soil fertility restoration project.
The objective is to develop appropriate technologies
for soil fertility restoration and improvement in
resource-poor areas of sub-Saharan Africa. The aim
is to evaluate the effect of organic materials of L.
leucocephala on fertilizer use efficiency in
parkland and alley cropping.
